Arches, Canyonlands and Batteries

 Hi!

Update on trailer/battery issue.  Both batteries charged fully so Ralph put them back in the trailer and they have been holding the charge.  Whew!  We are leaving Utah and the heat tomorrow, so just need them to make it through tonight.  

Tomorrow we are stopping at Mesa Verde NP for a couple of hours before heading to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP in Colorado.  Fortunately this route takes us south around the fires.

5 National Parks and 2 National Monuments visited in Utah and they were all amazing.  But we are ready to head to Colorado and some much cooler weather.

Landscape Arch.  We were able to do this hike from the campground early this morning before heading to Canyonlands.

Canyonlands this afternoon.  The Green River can be seen if you look for the green ribbon in the picture.  Canyonlands reminds us a lot of the Grand Canyon.  Both the Green and Colorado Rivers flow through it.
