We’re back to blogging after four days of no cell service (which was actually kind of nice). Today is laundry day in Moab on our way to Arches so will get caught up today while cell/WiFi is available.
Wednesday we stopped for a few hours at Cedar Breaks en route to Bryce. Stunning! And what made it even better was the 70 degree temperature. Even got a few sprinkles from an afternoon thunderstorm (fortunately not too close and didn’t see any lightening).
Took a great hike but as you can see it took you right up to the rim (there was a rail here), a bit scary. What was so interesting was that when you looked right you saw this and when you looked left there was forest. Forgot to take a good photo for comparison but here is a bit of an example with a bonus of a Yellow-Bellied Marmot.
How did we miss this park when we were there?
ReplyDeleteStunning scenery! How do you know the marmot has a yellow belly?
