Hello again,
Today was Lucy's first day of school! She was so excited and had been counting down the days. The school bus picked her up at the end of the driveway around 7:15 and dropped her off around 2:15. She happily hopped on the bus, enjoyed the bus ride to and from school, made some new friends and came home elated over her first day. They are doing in-person teaching but starting off with each child attending half time the first week and hopefully going to five days next week. The kids are required to wear masks but she didn't seem concerned about that. I felt so lucky to be able to be here on her first day of school. It was a special day!
What a special time, to be with Lucy on her first day of school! Something that both of you will remember for years!
